On a recent trip North along the historic Highway 1 in California we made a magical stop at San Simeon Bay and saw Humpback Whales feeding on Anchovies that clouded the water around the bay.  It was a wonderful sight to be sure.  The video below starts out with my still photos (quite jittery) and concludes with Rhonda’s video taken with a short-lensed point-and-shoot camera.  The whales came SO close to the pier!  This is a compilation from two visits we made to the pier over two different days.  Enjoy!
